As a home Stager, I work very closely with the homeowners, realtors and also the photographers.  My job is to make the photos look as good as possible to be posted on the MLS Listings since that is what draws buyers into the property.  First I work with the realtors to make sure I understand how they want the property marketed.  I want to make sure they have a good product to sell. Then I work with the homeowners to make sure that we can give the best first and last impression of their house.

Once the house is ready, I turn it over to the professional photographers so they can work their magic too.

I love seeing their reactions when they walk into the house since I know if they are excited about the house, they will take better photos. I arrive about 30 minutes before the photographer to make sure all the linens are straight, nothing is out of place, bring in any last minute items and have all the lights on ready for the photographer.  They keep saying how much harder it is to photograph a house that is NOT staged. We all focus on our own strengths, and together we create a wonderful product to sell.  Over the years I think I have worked with all of the Real Estate Photographers in the Ottawa area.
